General Information About Admission to Candidacy:

• Admission to Candidacy Worksheet should be submitted after the completion of 6 credits and before enrollment for Reading 720 and/or Reading 721. Be sure to check with your program coordinator, as some programs require submission at other times
• In all cases, an Admission to Candidacy Worksheet (formal plan of study) must be submitted prior to enrollment in Reading 720 and/or Reading 721.
• Admission to candidacy requires the student to be in good standing, to have completed all deficiencies, and to have met with one of two review faculty to complete a Reflective Journey Checkpoint form.
