College of
Education & Human Services Dean Announced.
Dr, Frederick Yeo, currently chair of the department
of middle and secondary education at Southeast Missouri
State University has been named dean. Provost Lane
Earns made the announcement in April.
A search and screen committee
of 14, including a representative from an area public
school, forwarded to Provost Earns the names of
three candidates following a national search.

“Dr. Yeo not only matched all of our qualifications,
but he clearly has the experience and expertise needed
to lead the college through the times we are facing,” said
education professor Michael Beeth, who chaired the panel.
A brief reception was held for Dr Yeo and his
wife Nancy on April 29th. At the reception Dr. Yeo said
that he was excited about coming to Oshkosh and was very
honored to have been selected to lead the College of Education
& Human Services.
