Letter from Dr. Michael Beeth to the NCATE Steering Committee regarding the May 2007 meeting........

The last NCATE Steering Committee for the 2006 -07 academic year is scheduled for this Friday, (May 18). Thanks to everyone who has helped with this task for the past academic year.

Instead of meeting as a large group on Friday, Susan and I would like to meet with each Standard Coordinator before the end of the week. This meeting should take no more than 15 - 20 minutes. I will be in my office all week so stop by or email me for a scheduled appointment. We would like to receive from each Coordinator:

1. The most current version of your written standard - an electronic copy will suffice
2. A list of any documentation/artifacts you are using or considering to include in your standard
3. How you are handling the need to write about and document both grad and undergrad activities for your standard
4. Your suggestions on what you need to keep moving forward next year (2007-08)
