The Fox Valley Writing Project (FVWP) at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh has been awarded a $43,000 grant from the National Writing Project.
FVWP 2008 Summer Institute
is being held on campus at UW Oshkosh from June 16-July 11.
2008 Young Writers' Camps
are being held this summer for students going into Grades 6-10. These two week camps are run Monday through Thursday during the weeks of August 4-7 andAugust 11-14 from 8:30-noon.

Urban Experience
Elm Creative Arts Elementary School in Milwaukee Wisconsin hosted 9 UWO students for the Urban Experience May 18-23, 2008. Dr. Lenore Peachin Wineberg is the coordinator of the program.
On Friday, 30 May 2008, students of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh visited selected Conversation classes of the English Language Program at the Hellenic American Union in Athens, Greece.
