Office of Advancement

Hello I’m Janice Stark the Advancement Officer for the College Of Education and Human Services. Over the last year and a half I have been working hard to raise funds for COEHS and our students and thanks to individuals like you we have raised $100,000!

* $45,000 in scholarships
* $35,000 for Enduring Excellence
* $11,000 in-kind-donations of furniture, paintings, carpeting, office equipment etc
* $9,000 other appeals

My goals for 2006 / 2007:

1) Grow our COEHS Alumni Association Chapter.
2) Meet as many COEHS Alums as possible
3) Increase awareness of all the great things that the faculty, staff and alums do
4) Raise funds to help support the COEHS and our students

Ways you can continue to support COEHS this year:

1. Join the COEHS Alumni Association Chapter and become more involved with the college, other alumni and current students. For more information e-mail starkj@uwosh.edu
2. Make an annual gift to the College. Gifts of any size increase our percentage of alumni contributing and prestige!
3. Notify us of your personal and employment changes and your most recent achievements by completing the alumni update form at http://www.uwosh.edu/alumni/update_record.php
4. Include the UW Oshkosh brand name and your degree earned when being profiled for your achievements.
5. Inform others of our Points of Pride, including Fifty-eight Herb Kohl Teacher of the Year Award winners were COEHS Grads.

7. Consider joining the Rose Legacy Society to include the College of Education & Human Services in your will or estate plan. For more information visit http://www.uwosh.edu/foundation
8. Attend our first ever College of Education & Human Services Banquet/Fund Raising Event in spring 2007.
