Brief Bio:

My goal is to make the world a better place for all. I see myself as and teach my students to be advocates for others(as I did as Social Worker in a high school), whether helping them get services and resources as individuals or making changes as families, groups or communities. I help my students to become global citizens by understanding how ordinary people around the world have made great changes in their countries through non violent action. I teach students that structure makes a big difference, for example structuring cooperation to build better relationships and achieve objectives; and creating democratic structures. My research has focused on environmental well being and empowerment.
