Brief Bio:

I obtained an undergraduate degree in Elementary and Special Education with an emphasis in working with students with emotional and behavioral disorders. Soon after completing my undergraduate degree I started my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership taking classes in International and Comparative Education and Multicultural Education. During this time I taught English in China and worked in Japan for a summer. I also helped to lead study abroad trips to Greece and substitute taught in in the Oshkosh Area School District. I was hired as an ad hoc instructor to teach Multicultural Education and Teaching as an Professional: Legal and Ethical Aspects of Education and began administrating the Global Educator Graduate Certificate Program. I have also taught classes within this program. I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Urban Education at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with an emphasis in Social Foundations of Education.
