The COEHS :
The College of Education and
Human Services has adopted a conceptual model for all of its programs – “The
Educator as a Caring Intellectual”. COEHS is accredited
by CACREP, CSHSE,
and NCATE and operates the
following centers: Head Start, the Reading Study Center, Project
Success, and is a host site for the National Writing Project. The
College has established vibrant partnerships with local, national
and international constituents reflecting our commitment to learning
within diverse cultures.

The University:
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh is
both a major undergraduate campus and a regional graduate center
in the statewide University
of Wisconsin System. With a student body of 11,000, UW Oshkosh
offers Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the professional
colleges of Business, Education,
and Nursing, and
the College of Letters
and Science.
A flexible calendar permits faculty and students to plan and use
their time creatively. The University features a faculty development
program unique in the UW System that supports research, curriculum
development, and professional development.
